  At promateusa.com, we take great pride in selling quality products. Thus, our return policy is valid on damaged or defective merchandise only. This is designed for us to preserve our distinctively better prices. Therefore, we do not accept returns for any other reasons.

All of our items are packaged with great care. So in the unlikely event of damage or factory defects, please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. You must notify us and the carrier immediately within 48 hours of receipt of any defects and/or damage or the carrier will be unable to process a claim.

In such a case, the merchandise must remain in the original box with original packing materials and must be in unused condition. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for the same identical item as soon as we are able to get you a replacement and only after the carrier has confirmed and refunded the insured amount.

In the event the merchandise is sold out and unavailable at time of exchange, promateusa.com will refund the cost of merchandise to the customer. Please allow up to 10 business days for these transactions to take place. We appreciate your patience.
